摘　　要： 采用不同浓度的醋酸铅[Pb(CH3COO)2.3H2O]溶液对含羞草种子进行萌发处理,结果表明,不同浓度铅对含羞草种子萌发和幼苗生长均存在着抑制作用,且抑制程度随着浓度的提高而增加;铅胁迫对含羞草幼根生长具有显著的抑制效应,根长的变化可作为植物受重金属毒性影响的一个重要指标;幼苗的生长状况比种子萌发更能体现铅毒性的危害程度。 The seeds of Mimosa pudica are treated with different concentrations of Pb（CH3COO）2.3H2O.The results showed that the germination and seedling growth of Mimosa pudica were restrained and the restrained effect increased with the in-crease of Pb concentration.Pb restrained root grew remarkably and the root growth was the most sensitive to the Pb stress.The seedling growth was greatly affected by the Pb stress than the germination.
