摘　　要： 把民族传统体育作为非物质文化遗产进行保护,重点是保护其生存的原生态文化。保护是发展的基础和前提,在发展过程中必须要根据民族传统体育的不同生存状态、项目特点等选择适合的发展方式,并以唤起全民族的文化自觉作为保护、传承和发展的关键。 From the angle of intangible cultural heritage protection,the paper expounds the protection,inheritance and development of the national traditional sports. The key of protecting the national traditional sports as the intangible cultural heritage lies in protecting its original cultural environment. In the course of the development,appropriate development ways must be choosed according to the different existence status and sport characteristics of the national traditional sports. The key point of protection, inheritance and development is to arouse the cultural consciousness of the whole nation.
