摘 要: 应用有限元对全自动液压机上横梁应力应变进行数值模拟,获得上横梁受预紧力和工作载荷下的应力应变分布,并与SY—1J—32型数字静态应变仪测得的上横梁某些点平面上两个方向的应变值进行比较。结果表明,应变的数值模拟结果与试验数据具有良好的一致性。 A numerical simulation of the stress and strain in topbridge of the automatic hydraulic press was carried out using a finite element method,to get the stress and strain distribution under condi-tions of preload and external load.The strain of some points on the topbridge were measured by means of a SY-1J-32 type static digital strain gauging unit,then the simulationa of the stress and strain were com-pared with the measurements.The results showed that the numerical simulations of strain values were con-sists with the experimental data.
