摘　　要： 设备购置管理是高校设备管理部门的一项重要工作,在论述高校设备购置的特点基础上,分析了高校设备购置实施政府采购存在的问题,结合管理实践,提出高校设备购置的模式建议。 It is important to manage equipment procurement for equipment management office in colleges and universities.Discussing on the characteristic of equipment procurement,this article explains the problems existing in the equipment procurement,and summarizes the experience of management practice in Sun Yat-Sen University.Some suggestions about the pattern of equipment procurement are given.
