摘 要: 根据海南电网联网后的运行特点和安全要求,文章讨论如何重新定位海南电网自动发电控制(automatic generation control,AGC)特有的控制目标,并在此基础上提出了与其相匹配的动态联络线频率控制(dynamic tieline and frequency bias control,DTBC)策略。和原有的AGC控制策略相比,该策略能更好地适应海南电网特点,安全性好,机组调节量小,电量偏差小。海南电网的模型仿真证明了该策略的实用性。 According to the characteristics and safety requirement of Hainan Power Grid (HPG) after interconnection, this paper discusses how to redeterminate the target of the automatic generation control for HPG, then puts forward a DTBC (dynamic tieline and frequency bias control) strategy suited to the new target. In comparison with the existing strategy, the new strategy adapts better the characteristics of HPG in terms of better security, smaller adjustment of units and minor energy warp. The strategy is proved feasible by the model simulation on HPG.
