摘　　要： 本文详细介绍了车牌识别中的车牌定位、车牌倾斜度校正、车牌字符分割及识别的具体方法及实验结果。并对小区车辆的管理进行了研究和设计,此软件系统能够对小区车辆实现正常的信息管理。 This paper firstly introduce the four steps of license plate recognition,which include license plate orientation,license plate lean revise,character segmentation and recognition.We analyses their specific methods and the results of experiments.Then we designed the car and vehicle management system of the community.This software system can manage the information of cars in the community conveniently.
