摘 要: 将鸡蛋进行了敲击激励后,用柔性压电薄膜传感器获取时域特性信号,然后进行信号频域特征分析。论文研究了不同贮藏时间下,鸡蛋内部品质如哈夫部位、蛋黄指数等的变化,并分析这些变化与响应主频率间的关系。结果发现,哈夫单位和蛋黄指数随贮藏时间有明显地变化,响应主频率随贮藏时间变化不显著,从频域特性不能有效地检测鸡蛋品质(新鲜度)。 In this research,an experimental system was setup to generate the impact force,measure the response signal,and analyse the frequency spectrum.The relationships were investigated between egg quality(Haugh unit and Yolk fac-tor)and storage time.As a result of the analysis,there is high correlation between Haugh unit and the time of storage and between yolk factor and the time of storage.Studies on characteristics of frequency spectrum of egg can not be correctly detect the quality of egg.
