摘 要: 采用热压烧结工艺,成功制备Al2O3/(W,Ti)C纳米复合陶瓷刀具材料。经测试,材料的平均抗弯强度为840MPa,平均断裂韧性为6.55MPa.m1/2,维氏硬度为21GPa。通过与陶瓷刀具材料SG-4的切削性能对比试验,发现该材料连续切削淬硬钢和淬硬工具钢的性能优于SG-4,是一种适合连续切削淬硬工具钢,尤其适合断续切削淬硬钢的刀具材料。 Al2O3/(W,Ti) C nanocomposite tool material was successfully prepared by using hot pressed sintering technique. The flexural strength, fracture toughness and hardness are 840MPa, 6.55 MPa· m^1/2 and 21GPa respectively. By the compared experiments for cutting performance, it can be seen the performance of this nanocomposite material is better than which of the ceramic tool material SG--4 for continuously cutting hardened carbon steel and hardened carbon tool steel. This kind of nanocomposite tool material is suitable for continuously cutting hardened carbon tool steel, especially intermittently cutting hardened carbon steel.
