摘 要: 用紧耦合气雾化方法制备了Al82Ni10Y8合金粉末。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)和差示扫描量热(DSC)方法分析了粉末特征。结果表明,粒径<26μm的粉末具有非晶和纳米晶结构。在450℃对粒径<26μm的合金粉末进行了超高压固结,随后在600℃对固结块体合金进行了1h的热处理。利用电子探针分析了热处理后Al82Ni10Y8合金的晶化过程,根据雾化粉末的XRD分析结果,表明其晶化过程为:非晶→α-Al+非晶→α-Al+非晶+Al19Ni5Y3→α-Al+Al3(Ni,Y)+Al23Ni6Y4+Al19Ni5Y3。 Al82Ni10Y8 alloy powder was prepared by close-coupled gas atomization. The features of powder were investigated by X-ray diffractometry, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy and differential scanning calorimetry. The results show that the powder with diameter smaller than 26 p,m preserves amorphous and nano-crystalline structure. Al82Ni10Y8 alloy powder with diameter smaller than 26 μm was consolidated at 450 ℃ using ultra-high pressure pseudo-HIP and then was annealed at 600℃ for 1 h. The crystallization behavior was analyzed by electron probe micro-analysis. Integrated with XRD of gas atomized powder, the crystallization process of Al82Ni10Y8 alloy is as follows : amorphous→α-Al + amorphous→α-Al + amorphous + Al19 Ni5Y3→αAl + Al3 ( Ni, Y) + Al23 Ni6 Y4 + Al19 Ni5 Y3.
