摘　　要： 从环境管理和绿色处理的角度,对我国废旧电脑管理立法、处理处置以及回收体系进行了综述,分析了我国目前废旧电脑研究存在的问题,并结合我国的国情对废旧电脑的处理处置提出了一些合理化建议。 In recent years,with the rapid development of economy and the advancement of technology,the quantity of waste computers increases and this has attracted more and more attention from people.From the view point of environmental management and green technique,this paper discusses issues of the legislation,disposal and callback system of waste computers in China,and puts forward some practical proposals.
