摘　　要： 在当代资本主义国家,资本社会化表现为股权分散化、职工持股计划以及混合所有制经济等。股权分散化使得资本的所有权和控制权分离程度进一步提高,职工持股计划(ESOP)使得部分资本所有权向普通工人转移,混合所有制则将国有企业与私人企业的社会性相结合,成为资本社会化的重要载体,资本主义财产关系的性质发生了部分质变。资本社会化对于缩小贫富差距、缓和社会基本矛盾具有重要作用。 At present, the expressions of capital socialization in capitalist countries include decentralization of stocks, employee stock ownership plan（ ESOP）, mixed sector of economy and so on. The decentralization of stocks causes further separation between ownership and control of capital, and ESOP makes partial right of capital ownership shift to ordinary, workers and the mixed sector of the economy unites the sociality of state-owned enterprises and private enterprises, which becomes an important carrier of capital socialization, thus the nature of property relations has had partial qualitative change. The capital socialization is of great importance in reducing the gap between rich and poor and alleviating the social basic contradiction.
