摘　　要： 夫妻财产制是调整夫妻财产关系的重要法律制度。2001年修订的《婚姻法》对夫妻财产制的内容进行了完善,但仍显滞后与不足。目前,《中国民法典》正在制定之中,夫妻财产制是《民法典.亲属编》的重要组成部分,如何使内地的夫妻财产制日臻完善,是亟待解决的问题。本文试通过对澳门与内地的夫妻财产制的比较与研究,进而提出完善内地夫妻财产制立法的一些建议。 Marital property system is an important legal system between husband and wife.Though revised in 2001,there still are some problems in marital property system of China's Mainland.China's Mainland are now formulating ＂Civil Code＂.Marital property system is an essential component in ＂Civil Code＂.How to further perfect marital property system is the problem to be solved.By making comparison on marital property system of Macao and China's Mainland,the author gives some suggestions about the perfection of marital property system legislation.
