摘　　要： 迁移者自由流动并聚集,是市场经济条件下的一种经常发生的社会经济现象。在迁移者的空间选择聚集这种现象背后,必然存在着一种经济学可以解释的经济关系和逻辑。人力资本积累与流入地工作的匹配程度决定了流动的方向,社会资本存量决定了其集聚的程度。人力资本积累与社会资本依赖度在迁移者流动过程中具有一定的负相关关系,低人力资本积累的人对社会资本的依赖性更强。 Free flow and aggregation of migrants is a frequent socio-economic phenomenon under the conditions of market economy. Behind this phenomenon of spatial choice aggregation of migrants, there is the logic of economic relations and logic to be explained. The extent of matching of Human capital accumulation and work which the inflow provide, determines the direction of flow, while the stock of social capital determines the degree of its concentration. Human capital accumulation has a negative correlation with the dependence of social capital in the process of population movement, and a person in possession of low human capital accumulation depends stronger on social capital .
