可控流变抗冲共聚聚丙烯的相分离及增长模型

摘  要: 研究了抗冲共聚聚丙烯(ICPP)和可控流变抗冲共聚聚丙烯(CRICPP)的流变行为以及亚微观形态。结果表明:CRICPP在加工流动性大幅度提高的同时,经注塑加工,相分离后的形态与ICPP明显不同;ICPP的分散相由较大的颗粒组成;而CRICPP则由多个小颗粒聚集而成,且随着过氧化物含量的提高,组成分散相的颗粒尺寸明显变小。为直观描述ICPP及CRICPP的相分离过程,建立了相应的分散相增长模型。 Rheology behavior and phase morphology of the impact copolymerized polypropylene(ICPP) and controlled rheology impact copolymerized polypropylene(CRICPP) were investigated. The results show that the processing fluidity of CRICPP rises dramatically and morphology of CRICPP after phase separation is obviously different from ICPP while both are treated with injection molding. The disperse phase of ICPP is composed of bigger particle, and that of CRICPP is made up of smaller ones and the particle size decreases evidently with the increase of the peroxide content. Models of disperse phase growth were established to describe the process of the phase separation of ICPP and CRICPP.
