摘 要: 采用正交试验法探讨了不同种类的颜料、胶粘剂、阳离子添加剂和涂布量对涂布样品性能的影响,并对彩色喷墨打印纸涂料中的主要组分——硅溶胶进行了红外光谱和透射电镜分析。结果表明:采用硅溶胶CL—P,PVA235和Poly—DMDAAC为主要成分配制涂料,涂布量在10~12g/m^2时,涂布样品效果较佳。 Different compositions of ink jet color printing coating, such as silica sol, polyvinyl alcohol and cationic additive, and different coating weight were investigated with orthogonal experiment method. Silica sol was also characterized by IR and TEM. The results showed that when silica sol CL- P, PVA235, Poly- DMDAAC were the main compositions of the coating and 10 - 12g/m^2 of coating weight was adopted, the properties of the coated paper could reach a better level.
