摘　　要： 司法公正是庭审的总价值目标,通过庭审的功能得以实现,依赖庭审参与者指向性明确的交际活动。本文对法庭问答的功能进行分析,研究司法公正如何通过庭审功能、法庭问答和信息处理,最终通过交际者的交际目标予以逐步实现。首先回顾法庭问答的功能分类、庭审功能分类、庭审交际目标等相关研究,然后对法庭问答逐类分析,例证和阐释交际目标实现的过程。研究表明,借助对法庭问答功能和信息的分析,可探知交际者如何以利益为中心选择问答方式,组织信息,逐步实现各自的具体交际目标。根据对材料的分析,各种具体交际目标可以归入三大类。 Judicial justice is the primary value objective to be realized through the functions of courtroom trials and by participants' interest-oriented communicative activities.This paper,by analyzing courtroom questioning and answering,studies how justice is realized through functions of courtroom trials,functions of courtroom questioning and answering,information processing,and participants' communicative objective attainment.The paper first reviews relevant studies on categorization of courtroom questions and answers,functions of courtroom trials and courtroom communicative objectives.Then courtroom questioning and answering are analyzed,communicative objectives and the realization process thereof illustrated,which shows that participants take interests as their central concern and accordingly select questions and answers,organize information,and attain their specific communicative objectives.The objectives can,based on the analysis of data,be classified into three categories.
