摘　　要： 本文认为,国外马克思主义中国化研究总体经历了四个阶段,毛泽东思想、邓小平理论、"三个代表"重要思想、科学发展观相继成为国外研究的重心。尽管国外马克思主义中国化理论研究的问题十分复杂,但核心问题却只有一个,那就是中国化马克思主义的思想实质问题,主要有两类观点:"继承发展论"和"背离否定论";研究方法的多元化,重视文本研究,注重对象的早期经历及心理,探索贯通思想始终的"结构",研究重心随形势而变化,是国外研究的主要特点。 This paper argues that overseas research on the Sinonization of Marxism has gone through four stages: Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory, 'Three representative' great thought and the Scientific Development Thought. Though the overseas theoretical research of the Sinonization of Marxism is very perplexing, there is only one core problem, that is, the thinking essence of the Sinonization of Marxism. As to this problem, there are mainly two points of view: 'the theory of continuation and development' and 'the theory of departure and negation'. The main characteristics of overseas Research are as follows: diversification of research approaches, emphasis on text study, stress on object ’s early experiences and psychology, exploration of the 'structure' going through the thought, change of the research focus with the situation.
