摘 要: 钨酸锆作为最有发展前途的负热膨胀材料,已成为负热膨胀材料研究的重点内容。目前国内外科研人员对钨酸锆粉体制备方法的研究很多,对钨酸锆复合材料和钨酸锆薄膜的制备方法却鲜有总结和评论,在综合了大量国内外文献的基础上,对钨酸锆复合材料和钨酸锆薄膜的不同制备方法以及国内外研究现状进行了总结及评论,并提出了相应的设想与展望。 As the most promising negative thermal expansion materials, zirconium tungstate has become the imptortant content of the research on negative thermal expansion materials. At present, though there are many research papers about preparations of zirconium tungstate powder, the summaries and coments on zirconium tungstate composites and zirconium tungstate films are little. In this paper, the various preparation methods of ZrW2O8 composites, films and its research advances at home and abroad are reviewed on the basis of lots of domestic and foreign papers;besides, corresponding tentative ideas and prospects are also proposed.
