摘 要: 用自制的表面磁光克尔效应实验系统,研究了软铁薄膜的克尔旋转角和克尔椭偏率,并观察到它的磁畴结构变化.该系统采用先进的CCD成像数码技术,计算机图像处理技术以及可视化嵌入式编程技术,使操作和维护画面更加方便,直观. Using the experimental system of self-made surface magneto-optic Kerr effect (SMOKE), Kerr rotation angle and Kerr ellipticity of soft iron thin films were investigated, and magnetic domain was observed in the mean time. With the advanced CCD digital image technology, using computer image processing technology and visible embedded program technology, these made manipulation and maintenance menu more convenient and intuitionistic. At last, magnetic hysteresis loop of soft iron thin films were measured on the condition of different extinction angles.
