摘　　要： 根据科技竞争力评价的一般范式,建立了一套评价指标体系。利用主成分分析方法,从纵向角度对重庆市科技竞争力进行了实证分析。最后,对重庆市提高科技竞争力提出了几点建议。 Based on the general model of evaluating scientific and technological competitive power, a set of evaluation index system is set up. An empirical analysis is made on the competitive power of Chongqing from longitudinal angle. Several suggestions are advanced to promote the competitive power of science and technology of Chongqing.
