摘　　要： 武术是传承传统文化的重要载体。土家族武术是土家族传统体育的重要组成部分,具有悠久的历史传统和广泛的群众基础,是土家族劳动人民的优秀文化遗产。武术作为土家族民族文化的重要元素,以其独特的方式影响人民的文化活动方式,土家族武术现在已经成为传承土家族文化的重要手段。 Transmission of traditional Wushu is an important carrier of culture. Tujia Wushu is an important part of sports, has a long history of tradition and the basis of a wide range of masses is Tujia excellent cultural heritage of working people. Wushu as an important element in Tujia culture, has unique way affecting the people＇s cultural activities, and Tujia Wushu tradition has now become an important means of Tujia culture.
