摘 要: 为定量评估地空导弹指挥控制效能,在全面考察导弹指挥控制内容和过程的基础上,确立了较为完备的导弹指挥控制效能评价指标体系,建立了基于模糊层次法(FAHP)的指挥控制效能评估模型,对导弹的指挥控制效能进行了综合的定量分析和计算。该模型能较客观地反映各种主要因素对导弹指挥控制效能的影响。 In order to evaluate the command control effectiveness of Ground-to-Air Missile, according to command contents and command process of Missile, the paper establishes a complete index system of command control effectiveness evaluation of Missile. Method of evaluation is inquired, by using of the fuzzy mathematics, a improved fuzzy analytic hierarchy process model of the command control effectiveness of Missile has been established and a application example has been given. The model can practically reflect the influence of primary factor on the command control effectiveness of Missile.
