摘 要: 采用化学修饰法,对碱溶性银耳多糖进行羧甲基化,提高其水溶性。并研究了不同反应条件对其取代度和水溶性的影响。获得最高取代度羧甲基化碱溶性银耳多糖的条件为:乙醇浓度75%,氢氧化钠/氯乙酸2.0:1,醚化温度55℃,醚化时间4 h。最高取代度为0.471 3,在水中的溶解度为36.38mg/mL。红外光谱证明修饰成功。 Carboxylation of alkai-soluble tremella polysaccharide is synthesized by chemical modification method to improve water-solubility. The effects of different reaction conditions on substituting degree and water-solubility are also studied. The optimum condition is ethanol concentration 75 percent, ratio of NaOH to chloroacetic acid 2.0:1, temperature 55 ℃, time 4 h. The optimal substitution is 0. 4713, water-solubility is 36.38mg/mL. Infrared spectrum has proved that the modification method is feasible.
