摘 要: 通过对表面张力及接触角的测定分析,确定了4种不同类型表面活性剂单体溶液的CMC。通过两两单体复配的原则,对6种复配溶液进行了煤粉沉降与反向渗透实验,确定了降尘用表面活性剂的最优配方为质量分数为0.05%的SAS+CAB-35的复配溶液,同时提出了改进的定量泵试剂添加方法。 The CMC concentrations of the four single surfactant solutions of different kinds are determined through the messurement and analysis of surface tension and contact angle. The coal dust settling and up - ward seepage exeriments within six combination solutions are done, which are compounded by each two single surfactant. It is defined that the optimum anfactant agent used for dedusting is the combination solution in the mass concentration of 0.05%, compounded by these two anrfactants: SAS and CAB- 35. Meanwhile, the technique of using volum- fixed pump to add surfactant is developed.
