摘　　要： 传统理论观点认为辩证法的实质和核心是对立统一规律,但是认真解读马克思的"真正原本",从某种意义上来说,马克思是把与实践联系起来的"否定性辩证法"作为实质的。因为否定之否定规律以及"三段式"形式本身具有一定的片面性,它们难以用来准确描述人与自然的关系中人的主动性和创造性本质,所以也不能把"否定性辩证法"理解为"否定之否定"规律。这可从马克思的哲学观、对辩证法的成熟表述、对共产主义运动的论证中得到证实。 Traditional theory regards law of the unity of opposites as dialectics essence. When we analyze the works of Marx, we find that Marx regards negative dialectics as dialectics essence in a way. Law of the negation of negation and ＂the form of syllogisms＇have a certain degree of one -sidedness that cannot show people＇s initiative and creativeness so we cannot take ＂ negative dialectics＂ as law of the negation of negation, which can be proved from the philosophic view,the explanation to dialectics and communist movement.
