摘 要: 介绍了优化设计的基本原理和方法,通过有限元分析软件COSMOSWorks建立了悬臂支架的实体有限元模型并进行了优化设计。实例以零件的体积为优化目标,并以结构应力、位移和固有频率为约束条件。应用COSMOSWorks进行优化设计,优化后零件体积减小了20.3%,大大降低了材料成本,且计算结果表明优化后的结构完全满足给定的约束条件。 This paper introduced the basic principles and methods of optimization design.A solid finite element model of an antilever bracket is constructed and optimized by COSMOSWorks finite elements software.The example considered the volume(or weight) of part as optimization goals,and considered stress of structure,displacement and inherent frequency as restrictive conditions,optimized the example by COSMOSWorks,the part's volume decreased 20.3 percent and greatly reduce material costs,and the results show that the optimized structure satisfy the given constraints.
