摘　　要： 发展人民币离岸市场是推进跨境贸易人民币结算、进而加快人民币国际化进程的关键。香港以其天然的地缘、先发的业务、雄厚的基础设施和完善的制度等方面的优势成为构建人民币离岸金融市场的理想之地。目前包括现金流通、结算系统、信贷、证券及衍生产品在内的香港人民币离岸金融市场的基本体系架构已经具备,只是总体规模还不大,为此,需要大陆与香港协同配合,共同推动其快速发展。 The development of RMB offshore markets is crucial to the prompt use of RMB as a clearing tool in international trade and the process of internationalization of RMB. HK is ideal place to develop the RMB offshore operations for its natural geography advantage, first-move operations, rich infrastructure and perfect institution. At the meantime, the basic structure of RMB offshore markets in HK includs cash circulation, clearing system, credit, securities, and derivations have been provided, but small in total scale. As a result, the mainland should work together with HK to promote its growth rapidly.
