摘 要: 文章研究以DSP作为核心控制器的卷绕机系统设计,并以CPLD作为协处理器及IO扩展模块。在系统的软件设计中,采用了基于有限状态机(FSM)的方法,克服了传统编程模式开发的控制程序可移植性差、维护困难等缺点,并以自动模式下的有限状态机设计为例,阐述了FSM的设计方法。实验结果表明,该方案能够满足卷绕机的生产要求,有效地提高了系统张力控制的精度,增强了系统的抗干扰能力,并增强了系统的软件可维护性。 In the design of winding machine system, a digital signal processor(DSP) was taken as its core controller, and a CPLD was taken as its Coprocessor and IO expansion module. The method of finite state machine(FSM) was introduced in the desingn of soft-ware for the system, which overcomes the problem of control programs that were programmed according to conventional modes, such as the poor replantability and difficult maintenance. In the end, the method of how to design a FSM is explained in detail by an example of a FSM design method in the auto-mode in this system. The results show that this proposal can improve the precision of the tension control for the system, enhance the distarbance resistance ability, and what is more, the maintainability of the soft-ware for the system.
