摘 要: 用索氏提取法获得了海芒果Cerbera manghas、夹竹桃Nerium indicum、黄婵Alamanda cathartica和乌桕Sapium sebiferum的叶片乙醇提取物,在室内分别测定了这4种植物不同浓度提取物对柳蓝叶甲(Pla-giodera versicolora)的防治效果,结果表明:4种植物提取液原液的校正死亡率最终均达到100%,尤以夹竹桃、海芒果处理的效果最为显著,仅1天后,供试昆虫的校正死亡率就达到100%,叶甲的校正死亡率都高于乌桕和黄婵处理的。海芒果和夹竹桃提取物处理后叶甲的校正死亡率曲线呈现平稳上升的趋势,乌桕和黄婵处理后叶甲的校正死亡率曲线趋向于平直。试验结果为进一步在生产实践中有效应用植物杀虫剂提供参考依据。 Insecticidal activity of alcohol extracts from Cerbera manghas, Nerium indicum, Alamanda cathartica and Sapium sebiferum were studied by Soxhlit extraction method to control Plagiodera versicolora which destroyed Salix babylonica. The bioassays were carried out on the P. versicolora sprayed with the extracts from four kinds of poisonous plants indoors. The results indicated that all of the four kinds of plant extracts could be used as botanical insecticides to control P. versicolora effectively. The modified mortality of P. versicolora reach 100% when the insects were treated by the extracts of the four plants respectively. The corrected mortality of P. versicolora reached 100% one day after the insects were treated by the extracts of N. indicum and C. manghas. The curves of corrected mortality raised smoothly when the insects were treated by the extracts of N. indicum and C. manghas and tended to be straight by A. cathartica and S. sebiferum. This study could offer references for effective application of botanical insecticides in practice.
