摘 要: 利用液态浸渗法制备了硅酸铝短纤维/ZL101复合材料,并对其显微组织、摩擦性能及摩擦机制进行了分析。结果表明,硅酸铝短纤维/ZL101复合材料的耐磨性远高于ZL101合金,且其摩擦系数明显低于ZL101合金,热处理对复合材料及ZL101合金的摩擦系数及其耐磨性均有影响。MMC的摩擦磨损机理以氧化-磨粒磨损为主,其摩擦力主要由基体与对磨环的粘着产生。 aluminium-silicate chopped fiber reinforced ZL101 composites were fabricated by means of liquid infiltration method.The microstructures, tribological properties and tribological mechanism of the composites were studied in this paper. The results show that the wear resistance of MMCs is much better than that of ZL101, and the friction coefficients of the MMCs are much less than those of ZL101. The wear mechanism of the MMCs is mainly oxidation-abrision wear, and the friction of theMMCs is caused by adhesion between counter-faces of MMCs and steel counterwear ring.
