摘 要: [目的]分析一点红营养生长期和花期的氨基酸含量。[方法]利用日立L-8800氨基酸自动分析仪测定氨基酸含量。[结果]营养生长期和花期的一点红分别含16种氨基酸,氨基酸总量分别达13.892%、13.746%;其中7种人体必需氨基酸占氨基酸总量分别为43.968%、44.507%;人体必需氨基酸总质量分数与非必需氨基酸总质量分数比分别为0.785、0.802;它们分别含有9种药效氨基酸,分别占氨基酸总量的60.834%、61.851%。[结论]一点红具有较高的营养价值和药用价值,值得大力开发和利用。 [ Objective ] The aim was to analyze the amino acid content in Emilia sonchifolia (Linn.)DC in vegetative period and flowering period. [ Method] The amino acid content was determined by Hitachi L-8800 automatic amino acid analyzer. [ Result] 16 Kinds of amino aeid were found in vegetative period and flowering period in Emilia sonchifolia ( Linn. ) DC respectively, Total contents of amino acid were 13. 892% and 13. 746% ; E/T( % ) was 43. 968% and 44.507% ; E/N was O. 785 and 0.802 respectively ; 9 Kinds of pharmacodynamie amino acid were found that were 60.834% and 61. 851% of total contents of amino acid. [ Conclusion] Emilia sonchifolia (Linn.)DC has the higher nutritive value and medicinal value. It is worth to be vigorously developed and utilized.
