摘 要: 澳门回归后经历的快速经济发展和社会转变,为其学校教育带来了机会和挑战,"学校教育优质化"成为学校教育改革与发展的关注点。为实现目标而采取的"政府介入与主导"、"整体结构优化"、"专项投入拉动"、"师资专业发展与激励"、"课程改革推进"和"评鉴驱动"等策略,既借鉴了相关的国际和地区经验,更反映了澳门的实际需要和条件,其实际运用对澳门学校教育品质产生的影响正在逐渐显现。 During the last decade, "quality education" and "enhancing quality of schooling" have become Macao's new educational targets. A set of strategies, such as "government intervention and guidance", "holistic improvement of structure", "pushed by special inputs", "teacher professional development and incentive", "curriculum reforms", and "driven by assessment", have been developed to achieve the targets.
