间位芳纶浆粕结构的表征及芳纶热压纸的物理性能

摘  要: 对不同目数造纸用芳纶浆粕的结构与性能进行了研究,探讨了造纸用芳纶浆粕的表征方法。用黏度法测定纤维的分子量;用打浆度表征浆粕的滤水性;用BET法测定浆粕的比表面积;比较了不同目数造纸用芳纶浆粕的抄造性能及芳纶热压纸的物理强度。结果表明,芳纶浆粕纤维的打浆度、比表面积的变化呈现一致的规律性;比表面积对芳纶热压纸物理强度指标有一定的影响。在抄造芳纶特种纸时,要综合考虑浆粕纤维的分子量及比表面积等相关因素。 The structures and properties of different mesh of PMIA-pulp applied in paper making were characterized. The methods for evaluating structures and properties of PMIA-pulp were discussed. The molecular weight of PMIA-pulp were determined by viscosity law. The drainability of pulp was evaluated by beating degree. The specific surface area was also determined by BET method. The sheet-forming ability of the PMIA-pulp and the hot-pressed sheet's physical strength were studied comparatively. The results showed the change trends of beating degree and the specific surface area of the PMTA-pulp were similar. The specific surface area had a certain influence on physical strength index of hot-pressed aramid paper. The molecular weight and its specific surface area and other factors should be considered when PMIA-pulp is evaluated and applied in paper making.
