摘　　要： 我国柑橘的种植面积大,产量高,柑橘产业已成为我国南方主产区农村经济的支柱产业之一。论述了我国柑橘产业中所取得的显著成果以及我国柑橘加工中的技术难题,展望了柑橘业发展的未来。 There are large citrus planting area and high yield in China. Citrus Industry has become one of the dominant industries of rural economy in south China main producing area. The notable achievement and the technical problems of citrus processing were reviewed and summarized. The future of the development of citrus in China was predicted.
