催化裂化反应多区协控技术的工业应用
Commercial application of multi-zone coordinated-controlled fluid catalytic cracking process

摘  要: 中国石油大学重质油国家重点实验室开发的催化裂化反应多区协控技术从优化油剂混合、提高反应过程催化推动力出发,有效地抑制提升管反应器中的热裂化反应,可实现产品分布的显著改善,现已在中海沥青股份有限公司350 kt/a催化裂化装置上进行了工业应用。该技术实施后,在原料油转化率基本相近的条件下,液体收率和轻质油收率分别提高了2.5和1.6个百分点,干气和焦炭分别下降了1.2和0.6个百分点;同时,与采用该技术前相比,柴油质量基本不变,而汽油性质得到了明显改善,其中,汽油中烯烃体积分数从31.2%降低到23.6%,而辛烷值不变,硫质量分数从500μg/g降低到300μg/g,工业应用取得良好效果。 To effectively optimize the mixing of catalyst and oil, enhance the impetus force of catalytic cracking reaction and control the thermal cracking in riser reactor, a novel multi-zone coordinated-controlled fluid catalytic cracking process for obvious improvement of product distribution has been developed by the State Key Laboratory of Heavy Oil processing in China University of Petroleum. This process was applied in the 7 000 b/d FCC unit of China Offshore Bitumen Co, Ltd. After revamping, the liquid and light oil yields are increased by 2.5 and 1.6 percentage points respectively, and the dry gas and coke yields have dropped by 1.2 and 0.6 percentage points respectively at the nearly equal feed conversion. As compared with the conventional FCC before revamping, the quality of FCC diesel is almost the same as before and there is a marked improvement in FCC naphtha quality. The olefin and sulfur contents in FCC naphtha have been reduced from 31.2 v% to 23.6 v% and from 500 ppm to 300 ppm respectively, while gasoline octane remains unchanged.
