摘 要: 以有限元法模拟一种环绕光子晶体的微带贴片天线,解出与理论结果有极好吻合的谐振频率后并进一步求解辐射性能,与常规微带贴片天线相比较证实了这种贴片天线能够抑制表面波,提高辐射增益,再改变天线衬底厚度进行仿真并讨论反射系数和辐射方向图的变化。 The finite element simulation of a photonic crystal around the microstrip patch antenna was conducted. Solving resonant frequency was excellently matched with the theoretical results, further solving radiation patterns were compared with the conventional microstrip patch antenna, it has been proved that the microstrip patch antenna can inhibit surface wave and enhance radiation gain. The variation of reflection coefficient and radiation pattern caused by substrate thickness was discussed.
