摘　　要： 运用文献资料法、问卷调查法等研究方法,从微观角度对中国高水平女子足球裁判员的人力资本———基本状况、知识状况、执法能力状况和体能状况四个维度进行分析,详细分析了女足裁判员的现状,认为我国高水平女子足球裁判员年龄结构合理,文化水平较高,体能情况良好,但高水平执法经验仍需丰富。 Through using the methods of literature review,questionnaire,this paper studied China elite women soccer referees in microscopic perspectives：basic situation,knowledge state,law enforcement ability and physical fitness;With special emphasis put on the state quo of women referees,it found reasonable age structure,high knowledge level,good in physical fitness,but not yet good enough in high-level law enforcement ability.
