摘 要: 介绍了山茱萸中总苷类物质的提取、分离现状以及山茱萸在保健酒、果汁、果酱、罐头、口服液等食品中的应用,并对山茱萸的应用前景进行了展望。 The research status of extraction and separation of glycosides in cornus were reviewed. It summarized application of glycosides in cornus in health wine,juice,jam,cans and oral liquids,and the future of applications prospect of cornus was presented.
