空间辐射育种技术选育柱花草抗炭疽病新品系
Breeding and Selection of New Stylo Accessions of Anthracnose Resistance Induced by Space Flight

摘  要: 以返回式卫星搭载的热研2号(S.guianensis cv.Reyan2)柱花草种子为材料,并以原热研2号亲本地面种子为对照,经过7a地面种植和选择,选出26个品系开展试验研究。结果表明,变异系与对照比较,经济性状变优,26个SES品系中有20个品系的牧草干草产量、旱季干草产量、抗病性、长势和植株存活数表现优良。利用关联度综合分析结果表明,2001-38和2001-81品系的综合评价值最高,极显著高于热研2号柱花草,2001-84、2001-79、2001-7、2001-80和2001-85仅次之,再次为2001-9、2001-55、2001-44、2001-40、2001-73、2001-1、2001-58、2001-31、2001-24也极著高于热研2号柱花草,这些品系均有可能成为取代其亲本热研2号柱花草而在生产上推广利用的新品系,但需进一步试验研究。 The seeds of stylo cuhivar, Stylosanthes guianensis ‘Reyan 2', were carried into outer space by a recoverable satellite in 1996 for mutation. The seeds were germinated and cultivated with their parent as control. After 7 years of cultivation and selection, 26 stylo accessions were selected for trials from the plants derived from seeds space induced under the space environment simulator (SES), with their parent as control. The results showed that 20 stylo accessions out of the 26 SES stylo accessions performed betterthan their control St. guianensis ‘Reyan 2' dry season, anthracnose resistance, growth evaluation showed that Accessions 2001-38 population in terms of dry matter yield, dry matter vigor, and plant survival. Grey relation analysis yield during for overall and 2001-81 were the best among the SES stylo accessions,highly significantly better than their parent population (control), and that Accessions 2001-84, 2001-79, 2001-7, 2001-80 and 2001-85 followed the second, next to which were Accessions 2001-9, 2001-55,2001-44, 2001-40, 2001-73, 2001-1, 2001-58, 2001-31 and 2001-24. These 20 SES stylo accessions all gave a highly significantly higher overall evaluation value than their control, and they might all be promising euhivars in place of their parent cultivar St. guianensis ‘Reyan 2' that is commercially planted, but need further study.
