摘　　要： 在分析已有的数字化扫描方法的特点和使用场合的基础上,提出了一种新型的基于液面的物体轮廓数字化扫描方法。介绍了该方法的原理和实现过程,与已有方法不同的是,该方法以液体作为测量介质,将要进行数字化的物体零件放入一个装有液体的容器中,液体的液面与物体之间的形成的交线就是要测量的物体的截面线。通过光学测头采集图像,用计算机进行图像处理后提取边缘,通过设计软件最终获得物体的几何模型。讨论了该系统的关键技术,并介绍了设计制作的样机,通过实验验证了本方法是可行的。 A new digitizing method for object based on liquid was presented and the principle was introduced. To set up the digitized object in the vessel with liquid, the intersection profile between liquid and object appeared at the height of liquid face is the section profile of object. By capturing and processing the images with optical and computer system, the profile can be digitized, by changing the height of liquid face, the profiles of objects could be obtained one by one. The key technologies and problems were discussed and the equipment was designed. The feasibility of the method was validated by experiments.
