摘 要: 以全氢罩式退火炉为研究对象,分析了退火工艺与钢卷退火性能之间的影响关系,引入过程能力指数和过程性能指数的计算分析方法,建立了一套全氢炉在线退火状态评估策略.结合退火过程钢卷温度分布的数学模型,借助计算机仿真技术进行了全氢炉在线退火状态评估仿真平台的开发,为直观地评估全氢炉周期性生产的退火状态和控制水平,进而指导退火过程的故障排查和控制调整提供了辅助试验分析平台. Aimed at HICON/H2 bell annealer,the relation between annealing craft and annealing performance of strip steel were analyzed,and the mathematical models of process capability index and process performance index were used.Then a suit of online annealing status evaluation approach was developed.Based on these works,combining with the mathematics models which were established to describe the annealing process of HICON/H2 bell annealer,the numerical simulation method was used to develop the online annealing statues and control level online, and direct the fault diagnosis and control regulation of the annealing process.
