摘 要: 介绍了几种制备高强度、低磁性、表面具有锐利双轴织构的金属NiW基带的思路和工艺路线,并表征了其性能。结果表明,所获得的Ni7W以及一系列Ni基复合基带的立方织构分别同商业的Ni5W基带相当或较好,而强度和磁性均较Ni5W基带有较大改善。而且其制备思路和手段作为一种行之有效的方案,也为进一步优化NiW合金基带乃至其他合金基带的性能提供了依据。 Several textured NiW tapes including high Tungsten contents of NiW alloy substrates and advanced NiW composite substrates with high strength and reduced magnetization were developed successfully. The fabrication processes of these tapes and their essential characterizations were presented in detail. The results regarding texture qualities, mechanical properties as well as magnetic behaviors of these tapes show that the as-obtained tapes have more promising future in coated conductor applications compared to that of well-developed Ni5W RABiTS tapes.
