牛粪混合煤渣压缩成型蜂窝煤特性研究

摘  要: 针对牛粪利用方式单一,不能充分利用而造成环境污染等问题,结合牛粪是一种可燃烧的生物质资源,通过合理加工可以充分利用的特点,进行了牛粪、煤渣在不同质量混合比下压缩成型蜂窝煤的理化指标测试及可行性研究。试验表明,当牛粪和煤混合小于4∶6时可制成型煤,其含硫量明显低于原煤,牛粪、煤渣混合压缩成型蜂窝煤是可行性的。 Cattle manure poses tremendous environmental problems, since it can not be fully utilized due to the monotony of the treatment technology. Considering the combustibility of cattle manure as a biomass resource, the feasibility of compress molding technology and the characteristics of honeycomb briquette of cattle manure and coal mixture were investigated at different weight ratios of cattle manure to coal. The results showed that cattle manure and coal mixture could be compressed into honeycomb briquette by optimizing the weight ratio of cattle manure to coal to be less than 4:6. The sulfur content in the honeycomb briquette of cattle manure and coal mixture was lower than that in coal honeycomb briquette. It's feasible to compress cattle manure and coal mixture and make honeycomb briquette from it.
