摘 要: 产品的数字化是实施逆向工程中首要而关键的一步,数据采集的效率和质量直接影响着后续逆向工程内容的展开。手持式激光扫描系统因为具有便携性和自定位功能而带来更广泛的应用。介绍了手持式激光扫描系统的组成与应用特点,结合两个典型的汽车零件实例,详细分析了该系统采集点云数据的方法。 Digitization of object is the first and key stage in the application of reverse engineering,and its efficiency and quality have a direct effect on the downstream procedures of this technology. Because of its portability and self-positioning functions,Handy laser scanning system can be used widely in reverse engineering. Tthe basic elements and characteristics of applications about REVscan system are introduced,and investigated the method of point cloud data recording for this system as two typical examples in detailed.
