超细ZrO_2粉末等离子喷涂层质量的探讨

摘  要: 采用两种ZrO_2粉末分别在碳钢基体表面制备了ZrO_2等离子涂层,并考察了两种ZrO_2粉末的等离子涂层的质量.结果表明,由烧结-粉碎法制备的ZrO_2烧结粉形成的涂层比较致密,强度较高,在轴向拉应力的作用下,开裂发生在涂层与基体的结合界面处;而由冷压-球磨法制备的ZrO_2团聚粉涂层中孔隙较多,强度亦较低,在轴向拉应力的作用下,开裂发生在涂层内部. In this paper, two kinds of ZrO2 powders formed by sintering-grinding process (grain size being 50 ~ lOO祄) and cold pressing-grinding process (grain being 10~30祄) respectively were adopted as plasma spraying materials to fabricate ZrO2 coatings on steel substrate, and the quality of the coatings was investigated. Compared with the coating formed by cold pressing-grinding powders, the coating formed by sintering-grinding powders has higher compactness and higher strength. Under the action of axial pulling force, fracture takes place along the coat-ing-substrate interface for the sintering-grinding material, and it takes place in the coating itself for the cold press-ing-grinding material.
