摘　　要： 传统的汇率决定理论在分析其影响因素时都忽略了货币替代现象。而随着经济全球化的深入以及我国资本市场的逐渐开放和外汇管制的逐步取消,货币替代现象对汇率的影响程度越来越大,不容忽视。因此,从货币替代的角度出发,在货币需求的资产组合学说的理论基础上,通过建立汇率模型,并运用我国与美国的相关数据进行实证分析检验,说明货币替代对我国汇率决定的影响。 All traditional theories of exchange rate determination ignored the currency substitution in the analysis of influencing factors. Along with the expansion of economic globalization, the gradual opening of capital markets, and the step - by - step cancel of foreign exchange control, the impact of currency substitution on the exchange rate has become so great that it cannot be overlooked. Therefore, from the perspeetive of currency substitution and based on the Portfolio theory of currency request, the paper builds up the model of exchange rate and does empirical analysis by the use of relevant data in China and America, and thus explaining the influence of currency substitution on exchange rate determination in China.
