摘 要: 罗氏沼虾(Macrobrachium rosenbergii)以10mg.kg-1剂量一次性肌肉注射氟苯尼考后,分别在不同温度下养殖,利用高效液相色谱法测定罗氏沼虾血液、肝胰腺及肌肉内氟苯尼考的药代动力学特征.结果表明:血液、肝胰腺及肌肉数据均符合一室开放模型;不同温度下氟苯尼考的代谢速度不同,高温下的代谢速度高于低温下的代谢速度;肝胰腺为药物代谢的主要器官. Healthy Macrobrachium rosenbergii were intramuscularly injected florphenicol with a single dose of 10 mg · kg^-1 to know the pharmacokinetics. Blood,hepatopancrease and muscle samples were obtained and assayed by HPLC. The results show that: one compartment open model fitted the data best and Florphenieol metabolized at different speed in different water temperature in M. rosenbergii. The speed in high water temperature was faster than in low water temperature. The major organ was hepatopanerease which metabolized florphenieol.
