摘 要: 通过对内蒙古自治区呼和浩特产紫花白品种马铃薯的整茎和圆柱形试样进行试验研究,获得了不同试验条件下的压缩参数和曲线,并对马铃薯圆柱试样和马铃薯整茎的压缩特性进行对比,分别确定了马铃薯整体压缩和圆柱形试样压缩时的模型。同时,通过碘比色法测定了试验后马铃薯样品的淀粉含量,并与相应的压缩力学参数进行了相关性分析,得出马铃薯不同部位及整茎淀粉含量与相关压缩参数间的线性回归方程,为利用力学参数预测马铃薯淀粉含量提供了参考依据。 Through the compression test for the Zihuabai potato, we got compressive curves and parameters of potato' s tuber and samples. By curve estimation, the model of tuber and sample were obtained separately. The study taked the starch content of potato by chemical test, and analysed the correlation between starch content and compressive parameters. The result from correlation analysis showed that some compressive parameters can be used to predict the starch content. The regression equation of starch content and compressive parameter was determined, and the study will provide a important method to measure the starch content of potatoes.
