摘　　要： 介绍了PLC软冗余系统在石化加热炉中的应用,分析了系统的工作原理和具体的硬件配置、软件设计。相对于硬冗余,该系统提高了控制的可靠性,为加热炉的安全、稳定的运行提供保障,并很好地解决了可靠性和价格的矛盾。 This paper introduces the application of PLC software redundancy in the petrochemical heating furnace.The working principles and the specific hardware configuration,software design are analyzed.Compared with the redundant hardware,reliability of control system is improved in the heating furnace system which provides the guarantee to safe and stable running of device,and very good solution to the contradiction between reliability and price.
