摘　　要： 银行披露客户的金融信息,利用客户的金融信息从事经营活动,使银行利益与金融隐私权产生激烈的冲突。面对客观存在的权利冲突,应当合理界定金融隐私权、信息披露权和信息利用权的范围,建立规范的信息披露机制,协调客户与银行之间的利益。 Banks disclose bank customer＇ s financial information, and use it to take part in operating activities. So conflict arises from privacy and bank＇ s self-interest. To address this issue, the authors propose to define the financial prviacy, disclosing information, using information to specific extent, to set up normative information disclosure mechanism, to coordinate between customers and banks.
